LCT's STAGES ACADEMY
YOUTH THEATRE PROGRAM
(Formerly LCT's Youth artist guild)
LCT's Youth Artist Guild is rebranding to LCT's Stages
and is enrolling now!
LCT Stages is a student driven youth program that enables students ages 8 - 18 to learn about and experience all areas of theatre both onstage and behind the scenes.
The program is segmented into two age groups for monthly theatre workshops
but will work together on Stages productions.
Our Discovery group (ages 8-11) meet from 6-8pm on the second Tuesday of every month
while our Compass group (ages 12-18) meets from 6-8pm on the third Tuesday of every month.
Stages members are given the opportunity to take part in all aspects of theatre such as the Youth Committee administration, meetings, workshops and education, acting, behind the scenes work including onstage production, tech crew, make up and costumes and even front of house operations. Participation in the Stages program provides youths with hands-on experience that can assist them in adult endeavors all while building a love for the arts.
Join us and see what this program is all about!

It's a typical afternoon in Bumblewood when the weekly meeting of the Monster, Ghost, Goblin, Demon, Dragon, Evil Wizard Hunters Club (whose members have never caught, seen or even tried to hunt a monster) is interrupted by a troublesome announcement: a real-live monster has been sighted in a nearby cemetery. The mismatched friends anxiously set out on their first hunt ever, only to find that they have been duped by the Girls Who Like to Make Bracelets Club. In the end, though, it is the Monster Hunters who will have the last laugh.
